Prof. AbdulRasheed Na’Allah, the former VC of UNIABUJA
Prof. AbdulRasheed Na’Allah, the former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA), will deliver a lecture at a book launch on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
The book, titled ‘Shaykh (Dr) Muhammad Bashir Imam Solih OON: The Spiritual Orator,’ is a biography of Shaykh (Dr) Muhammad Bashir Imam Solih, OON, the Chief Imam of Ilorin and the Chairman of the Kwara State Council of Ulama.
Authored by Dr Abdulazeez Arowona, the Publisher of Royal News Online Newspaper and Press Secretary to the Emir of Ilorin, the 14-chapter book will be reviewed by Prof. Yusuf Lanre Badmus.
In addition to the review, the former Vice-Chancellor will deliver a lecture titled ‘Religious Harmony, Cultural Preservation And Community Service: The Significance of Ilorin Emirate Pulpit. ‘
The lecture will analyse the Ilorin Emirate’s unique role in maintaining peaceful coexistence in society.
