The Ondo State Scholarship Board has announced the commencement of applications for its 2025 Scholarship, Bursary, and Financial Assistance programmes, aimed at supporting indigenes pursuing tertiary education across Nigeria.
The application window is open from May 1 to May 31, 2025.
Eligible students can apply through the official portal at https://odssb.org.ng.
Applicants must be indigenes of Ondo State to be eligible for the scholarship award and must be enrolled full-time in their second year or above in a recognised Nigerian tertiary institution.
University students should have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 or 4.0 on a 5.0 scale, while polytechnic students require at least a 3.5 CGPA.
The bursary is available to all Ondo State indigenes enrolled full-time in Nigerian universities, polytechnics, monotechnics, colleges of education, schools of nursing and midwifery, or colleges of health technology, starting their first year.
Special financial assistance of ₦50,000 is also available to physically challenged students, medical students undergoing clinical training, and law students in Nigerian institutions, regardless of academic performance.
