Approximately 200 school principals and teachers received digital literacy training in Osun State on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The training, organised by the Osun Government, IHS Towers, and the Focus Teens Foundation, in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), aimed to promote ICT-based education in the state.
Speaking at the training, Jimoh Muritala, the Permanent Secretary of the Osun State Ministry of Education, stated that the governor will focus more on utilising technology to enhance education in the state. Olaonipekun Kazeem, the programme facilitator from Focus Teens Foundation, said 100 schools will receive routers.
