Prof. Babatunde Lateef Adeleke, the branch Chairman, Alumni Association of UNILORIN
The Alumni Association of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), Kwara State, has expressed appreciation to its members for their support in celebrating the institution’s 50th anniversary.
In a statement, Prof. Babatunde Lateef Adeleke, the association’s branch chairman, highlighted the members’ solidarity and enthusiasm during the celebration, despite current economic challenges, and described it as the first of its kind.
Citing those who supported the event as role models, he encouraged members to maintain that same spirit to boost the branch’s visibility.
The chairman added that, having received the necessary assistance from eminent members of the association, it will now proceed to strengthen its subgroups within the university’s units, centres, and faculties.
