Prof. Ebunoluwa Olufemi Oduwole, VC, Ajayi Crowther University, received the Mind Education team from South Korea
Ajayi Crowther University (ACU) hosted a delegation from South Korea’s Mind Education team on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to discuss expanding the programme and forging new academic partnerships.
The delegation, led by Prof. Ronke Ogunmakin, Dean of the Faculty of Education, met with ACU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ebunoluwa Olufemi Oduwole in her office. Discussions focused on enriching the Mind Education curriculum and creating opportunities for student and staff exchanges with South Korean universities.
Prof. Ogunmakin said Prof. Oduwole, drawing on her background in philosophy, emphasised broadening the curriculum to include Anglicanism, leadership, music, nursing, and early childhood education. “The Vice-Chancellor proposed that the programme be developed to support both short- and long-term exchange initiatives, while also showcasing ACU students’ talents and values,” she explained.
The Vice-Chancellor also extended an invitation to the visiting team to attend ACU’s 17th Convocation Ceremony, where certificates were presented to 561 students graduating from the Mind Education programme this academic session.
The meeting underscores ACU’s commitment to globalising its curriculum and enhancing student development through international collaboration.
