Aremu Praises Ghana University on ICT, Health Conference

Prof. Sir Bashiru Aremu, Chairman of Africa Information Technology Consultancy, has commended Kings and Queens University College, Ghana, for hosting an international conference on Public Health Science Information in the era of ICT.

Speaking in a telephone interview on Friday, Aremu said the conference created a vital platform for scholars, guest lecturers, and participants to share ideas on how technology can strengthen health information systems for sustainable public health.

He praised the university’s management for its support in organising the event, which focused on the theme: “Health Information Science in a Modern World of ICT.”

According to him, the gathering highlighted the critical role of ICT in improving healthcare delivery and knowledge exchange across societies.

Aremu, a UNESCO Laureate, stressed that such collaborations are key to shaping global health development and bridging gaps in medical information systems.
