EKSU Lecturer Named Among World’s Top 2% Scientists

Dr Omojola Awogbemi, a Mechanical Engineer and Senior Chief Technologist at Ekiti State University (EKSU), has been listed among the top 2% of scientists in the world for 2025 in the Energy category.

The honour came from the latest global ranking released by Stanford University in partnership with Elsevier, and published in the Elsevier Data Repository. The list celebrates researchers whose work has had a significant impact in their respective fields.

Dr Awogbemi secured a spot on the ranking due to his research work and remarkable contributions to energy technology.
