The Provost of the College of Education, Ankpa, Dr Paul Femi Fashagba, has congratulated Professor Ojo Joash Amupitan (SAN) on his nomination by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the new Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Dr Fashagba described the appointment as well-deserved. He expressed confidence that the Senior Advocate of Nigeria will bring credibility and professionalism to the nation’s electoral system.
He also commended President Tinubu for appointing a man of integrity, saying the move shows a clear commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s democracy.
According to him, Nigerians are hopeful that under Prof. Amupitan’s leadership, future elections will be free, fair, and transparent.
