Prof. Tunde Ope-Davies, Founder and Director of the Centre for Digital Humanities, University of Lagos (CEDHUL), will mark his 60th birthday on Thursday, November 6, 2025, with the public presentation of his seven-volume publication at the Jelili Omotola Multipurpose Hall, University of Lagos, Akoka.
The event, themed “The Power of Research and Scholarship in Human Capital Development and Societal Advancement,” will also feature a fundraising luncheon for special institutional projects.
Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, FAS, the immediate past Vice-Chancellor of UNILAG, will serve as the Guest Speaker at the ceremony, which is expected to attract leading academics, policymakers, and members of the university community.
