UNILORIN held a valedictory lecture to honour Prof. Job Olutimehin Atteh, who retired at age 70
The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), Kwara State, has organised a valedictory lecture to honour Prof. Job Olutimehin Atteh, a former chairman of the institution’s Ceremonials Committee who retired at age 70.
Atteh is a scholar in animal production who has demonstrated institutional patriotism and loyalty throughout his years of service.
In his remarks, Prof. Atteh reaffirmed his belief in the university, expressing that the name ‘UNILORIN’ meant more to him than his personal achievements.
Speaking, Prof. Badmas Olanrewaju Yusuf, the chairman of the event, described Atteh as an academic figure whose contributions have influenced the Faculty of Agriculture and the university at large.
Prof. Eunice Sola-Ojo, the Head of the Department of Animal Production, applauded Atteh for his years of service, which improved the department’s teaching quality and innovation.
