President Bola Tinubu has appointed former governor of Nasarawa State, Tanko Al-Makura, as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC). The Minister of Education, Dr Olatunji Alausa, announced the inauguration of the Blueprint ICT development project in Abuja. Al-Makura succeeds the outgoing Chairman, Mr Idris Olorunnimbe.
