The 1980–1985 Set of Christ’s School, Ado Ekiti, will mark its 40th Homecoming Anniversary in October 2025 with the commissioning of a new legacy project aimed at supporting the school’s infrastructural development.
According to the Set Chairman, Prince Adejumoke Agunbiade, and Secretary, Comrade Gbenga Olowoyo, the project forms part of the alumni’s ongoing efforts to give back to their alma mater while inspiring current students through mentorship and community service.
The week-long event, themed “Celebrating Legacy, Inspiring the Future,” will also feature career talks, a medical outreach, and an alumni lecture to be delivered by Professor Deji Fasuyi.
Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, Dr Jadesola Babatola, said the 2025 reunion represents a renewed commitment to strengthening educational values and infrastructure at Christ’s School. She added that the celebration will culminate in a gala night and a thanksgiving service at the school chapel.
