The Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), Lagos State Chapter, has announced plans for its 34th Lagos Builders’ Conference, scheduled to be held from October 22 to 23, 2025, at The Podium Event Centre, Lagos.
The two-day event, themed “Collaboration, Cooperation & Inclusiveness,” will bring together key stakeholders in the built environment to discuss innovative strategies for effective project execution and sustainable construction practices.
Sub-themes include “Built Environment Stakeholders in Planning, Scheduling and Coordination for Successful Project Delivery,” “Embracing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration,” and “Collaboration Among Built Environment Professionals for Sustainable Building Delivery.”
According to the organisers, the conference will run daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will feature expert-led sessions, networking opportunities, and discussions on enhancing teamwork across construction disciplines.
