The Times has released its ranking of the top 25 universities in Nigeria for 2025.
At the top of the list is Covenant University, located in Ogun State, followed by Ahmadu Bello University, Landmark University (Kwara State), the University of Ibadan, and the University of Lagos (also known as UniLag).
At the bottom of the list is Ambrose Alli University (AAU). Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Abia State University, Akwa Ibom State University, and Alex Ekwueme Federal University made up the bottom five.
