The University of the Niger, Umunya, Anambra State, has published its provisional admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The announcement means that candidates who participated in the university’s screening exercise can now confirm their admission status via the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s Central Admission Processing System (JAMB CAPS).
Successful applicants are required to accept or reject their offers within four weeks through the official JAMB channels. Those who accept are expected to print their admission letters, which will be needed for clearance and registration when the new session begins.
The release of the list coincides with universities across Nigeria preparing for the next academic year, as admission cycles are underway following the recent release of national examination results.
The University of Niger, established to expand access to higher education in Anambra State, is among the country’s newer institutions, drawing attention from students across the region.
