Buckwyld Media Network, in collaboration with Entertainment & Creative Partners (ECP), has unveiled a new advocacy campaign, Educate 2 Empower (E2E), to confront Nigeria’s girl-child education crisis.
At the heart of the initiative is a documentary titled Adda: Empowered by Education, which tells the story of Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, Nigeria’s first female President of the Court of Appeal.
The film shows the transformative power of education and calls for urgent action to close gender gaps in access to learning.
The documentary is scheduled to premiere on October 11, 2025, to mark International Day of the Girl Child.
It is expected to reach an audience of 50 million across Nigeria and the diaspora through platforms including Arewa24 and NTA Hausa.
Efe Omorogbe, Founder and CEO of Buckwyld Media, said the campaign was inspired by a commitment to use storytelling to drive change. “We are well aware of the immense capacity of film to influence perspectives and engender behavioural change,” he noted.
