Hundreds of Nigerian Institutions ReleaseAdmission Lists

Hundreds of universities, polytechnics, and colleges across Nigeria have begun releasing their admission lists for the 2025/2026 academic session. The announcements aim to guide candidates on the status of their applications and ensure transparency in the admissions process.

According to information from multiple institutions, students are advised to check their admission status through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s Central Admission Processing System (JAMB CAPS), as some schools may upload lists online without making formal announcements.

Among the universities that have released lists are Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Yobe State University, University of Benin, Federal University of Birnin-Kebbi, University of Calabar, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, and Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto.

Polytechnics such as Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, and Moshood Abiola Polytechnic have also announced their admission lists. In addition, several colleges of nursing, including College of Nursing Sciences, Iyienu, and Ogun State College of Nursing Sciences, Ila-Orangun, have published their lists.

Candidates are encouraged to monitor updates regularly, as admission lists will continue to be uploaded, and to verify their status through JAMB CAPS. Institutions have advised students to protect personal information when sharing confirmation screenshots online.
