Rainoil Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading names in the downstream oil and gas sector, has announced the start of its Graduate Trainee Programme for young Nigerians. The initiative aims to prepare fresh graduates to become future leaders in the energy industry.
Rainoil operates three major storage terminals in Lagos, Delta, and Cross River States. It also has over 190 filling stations and a fleet of more than 400 distribution trucks, making it one of the most prominent players in petroleum storage and distribution across the nation.
The company says the programme will equip participants with the right skills, knowledge, and industry exposure to succeed in Nigeria’s energy space. Selected graduates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in various parts of Rainoil’s operations.
The move, according to the firm, shows its commitment to building human capacity while driving progress and innovation in the nation’s oil and gas sector.
