ANCOPSS Advocates Better Teacher Welfare
The National President of the All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), Muhammad Ibn Musa, has urged the government to make teaching more attractive for young graduates with better salary packages and facilities to solve workforce needs in the sector. He also encouraged a participative approach to school management for optimal staff performance.
