NDU Prof Supports Call for Electoral Justice in Warri
Prof Ben Binebai of Niger Delta University (NDU) has backed the call by the Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HRWAN) that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) comply with a Supreme Court ruling ordering fresh delineation of wards and polling units in Warri Federal Constituency of Delta State. Binebai disclosed this in a statement
