Students of Kano State University recently had a special learning session with Nigerian scientist Muhammad Aminu Auwalu, who is currently based at Tianjin University in China. During the session, Auwalu introduced the students to a new medical technology called fluorescent probes. Fluorescent probes are tiny tools that can “light up” activities inside human cells. The
