UK’s First E-Beam Chip Facility Opens at the University of Southampton
A pioneering new facility harnessing cutting-edge E-beam technology to craft the next generation of semiconductor chips has officially opened at the University of Southampton. The launch was marked by Science Minister Lord Patrick Vallance, who hailed the development as a leap forward in the UK’s technological capabilities. The E-beam lithography centre is only the second
