Delta Begins Bursary Payments for Students
Thousands of students from oil-producing communities in Delta State have begun receiving bursary awards from the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC). The payments, which cover beneficiaries across Nigeria’s tertiary institutions, are part of an annual scheme aimed at supporting students from host communities. According to DESOPADEC officials, the bursary process was carried
