Dr. Florence Ajimobi, wife of the late former Oyo State Governor and founder of Abiola Ajimobi Technical University, has celebrated the success of a student of the institution, Miss Daniella Bimbo Kolade, who emerged overall winner of a team project competition at a boot camp held at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
The former Oyo State First Lady described the achievement as both historic and inspiring, noting that it reflects the vision of her late husband in establishing the university. Speaking on behalf of the Ajimobi family and the Senator Abiola Ajimobi Foundation (SAAF), she said the victory was a proud moment for the institution and proof that its students can compete globally.
She praised the management of the university and congratulated Kolade’s family, stressing that the milestone is not just a personal success but a landmark for the school. The feat has been hailed as a validation of the university’s mission to nurture students for international excellence.
