Cplan School Vows to Quality Education as Pupils Graduate

Cplan International School, Lagos, has vowed to ensure that quality education remains its hallmark. The school said it would continue to strive to ensure its pupils receive the best basic education and are adequately prepared for the next phase of their academic journey, which is secondary school.

Proprietress of the school, Mrs. Chika Nwakobi, announced the 2025 graduation and end-of-session party of the school, which saw a plethora of pupils receive various awards and gifts for excellent academic performance. One of the graduating pupils, Francis Chinonso Onyemaizu, emerged as the overall best in all subjects and other academic activities. He will be proceeding to JSS1 in the next academic session. His younger brother, Dominic Chidubem Onyemaizu, a Basic Four pupil, also carted home a plethora of gifts in recognition of his sterling academic performance.

Nwakobi commended parents and guardians for their immense participation and contributions towards the success story of the school. She announced that, in furtherance of Cplan’s determination to maintain standards, the school would be introducing some innovative learning equipment. Her words: “Yes, as we all know, learning is progressive. Cplan flows through with this notion and has planned on putting new things in place come next academic year. For example, there will be a better-equipped library and computer science lab for our students to enhance their learning and readiness to compete with the world.” She urged parents and guardians “to keep our students safe as we look forward to seeing them next semester”. Cplan, Nwakobi said, was open to constructive suggestions, engagement and feedback from parents and guardians.

Earlier in her speech, Cplan’s Director of Studies/Headmistress, Mrs. Nkiruka Eucharia Okonkwo, said pupils from the school are well-grounded and can compete favourably with pupils from other schools in Nigeria and abroad. She urged parents and guardians “to work with the school as we, the school management, work on your children for a better tomorrow” One of the teachers, Miss Wealth Obi, said that though she would miss her graduating pupils, she was delighted to have been one of the educators who imparted knowledge to them.
