The National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI), in partnership with the International Bio-Research Institute (IBI), has announced “Emerging Tech Skills for Africa – Cohort 2,” designed to equip young Africans with globally competitive digital expertise.
The programme offers 10 internationally recognised diploma certification tracks, covering artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics, virtual, mixed, and augmented reality, cybersecurity, cloud computing, CGI animation, business intelligence analysis, 3D and 2D animation, product design for agile and Kanban environments, and agile Scrum product management.
Scheduled to run for 17 weeks, the training will be entirely virtual with blended co-learning touchpoints. Registration and orientation will continue until the end of October 2025, while lectures commence in the first week of November 2025.
Applicants are required to visit www.etsapfrica.com, click “Get Started,” select Cohort 2, fill out the application form, pay a non-refundable fee of N6,000, and await admission credentials via email. Participants will also join the Cohort 2 Discord community for updates and collaboration.
Successful candidates will earn an accredited international diploma issued by the Interuniversity Research Centre for Sustainable Development (CIRPS), Rome, Italy, and endorsed by over 170 global universities and research institutions.
