The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, led university officials on a visit to the Andoma of Doma, Alhaji Dr Ahmadu Aliyu Oga Onawo, on July 16, 2025. The visit was to console the royal father over the death of his daughter, Barrister Fatima.
Professor Liman asked Allah to give the late Fatima rest in Aljanatul Firdausi and help her family be strong during this sad time. The Andoma of Doma thanked the university team and said his daughter was kind and worked hard. He said she was a PhD student at NSUK at the time of her death, which showed that she loved to learn and grow.
During the visit, people also prayed for her soul to rest in peace. The visit underlined the strong relationship between the university and the royal family, as well as the importance of standing together during difficult times.
