AMIR Fund Boosts OAU Biomedical Research
The AMIR Fund for Education, Science, and Technology has endowed a new fund at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) to support biomedical and oncology research. Through FirstBank Trustees, the fund will strengthen Prof. Adebayo Shittu’s Laboratory in the Department of Microbiology and provide annual research fellowships for master’s and PhD students studying molecular biology and oncology.
