Amnesty Programme Sends 140 Students to the UK
The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has sponsored more than 140 beneficiaries to pursue postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom. At a pre-departure briefing in Abuja, PAP Administrator Dr Dennis Otuaro said the scholarships were designed to build human capital in the Niger Delta and support President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. He said the students
