IBBUL and Indian Universities Sign Academic Partnership
Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBUL), Lapai, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sanskaram University in Haryana, India, to promote student and staff exchanges as well as joint research.
