Popular civic accountability group, MonITNG, has lamented the abandonment of the Niger State Library Board Headquarters in Minna, describing it as a symbol of government neglect of education. In a statement on Thursday, the platform decried that the facility, located less than two kilometres from the Government House, has deteriorated into a state of ruin.
