Bingham Vice-Chancellor Urges Scholars to Tackle Nigeria’s Economic Woes
The Vice-Chancellor of Bingham University, Karu, Nasarawa State, Prof Haruna Ayuba, has called on academics to develop practical, home-grown solutions to Nigeria’s economic challenges. He made the call during the university’s 9th Inaugural Lecture delivered by Prof Michael Akpan, former Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, titled “Being an Economist – The Homo Economicus.”
