ARCN Boss Begins Oversight of Institutes
The Executive Secretary of the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), Dr Abubakar Adamu Dabban, has commenced oversight visits to colleges and research institutes under the council. During his visit to the National Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research (NIOMR), Dabban praised the teamwork and commitment of the staff, describing them as key to the
