Ex-NYSC Members’ PhD Funds Delayed
Past members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), who were promised PhD scholarship funds by former President Goodluck Jonathan in March 2015, have yet to receive them. Speaking with newsmen, one of the promised eighty-four NYSC members said the Jonathan administration failed to fulfil its promise after several protests. “In 2015, the Goodluck Jonathan
