Construction work is set to begin on the Central Multi-purpose Research Laboratory of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) following the formal handover of the project site to Messrs Charlotte Project Concept Limited.
The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Folasade Ogunsola, OON, FAS, performed the handover on Monday, May 19 2025. Members of the University Management team accompanied her.
The project site is located behind the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) building on the university’s main campus.
The construction of the laboratory is being funded through the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) intervention programme.
