The University of Ibadan has launched the Professor Oyawoye E-Library at its Department of Geology, offering students and researchers a one-month free trial.
The digital platform provides access to a wide range of academic materials, including e-books, journals, and research tools, which can be accessed remotely at any time through the user interface at lib.ng.
According to the university, the initiative, supported by energy company ND Western, aims to promote innovation and expand digital access to educational resources.
The e-library, named after Professor Oyawoye, a pioneer in Nigerian geology, is located within the department’s main library.
The university encouraged students and researchers to take advantage of the free trial and directed inquiries to the provided contact numbers.
