The 2025 edition of Cowbellpedia, themed ‘Mega Minds,’ has showcased the intellectual prowess and critical thinking abilities of students through a mathematics competition.
This year’s competition produced 48 students who progressed to the quarterfinals in the junior and senior categories. The show, which is an educational programme blended into entertainment, has different brain-pressuring segments like ‘Fastest Fingers,’ ‘60 Seconds of Fame,’ and ‘Questions from the Cowbellpedia Bank.’
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the show’s quiz master, said the kids in the competition are solving problems under pressure, which he described as an essential life skill. Linda Ejiofor-Suleiman, the show’s co-host, said Cowbellpedia makes learning feel exciting. She added that students are willing to grow and win on the platform.
The quarterfinalists in the junior and senior categories are Sochima, Hallel, Peace, Alexis, Arthur, Elizabeth, Ireoluwa, Kamsi, Adoga, and Ololade.
