Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, has inducted its eighth cohort of engineering graduates into the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
The induction, held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the university’s Faculty of Law Auditorium, brought together dignitaries from academia, engineering, and the university community.
Acting Vice-Chancellor, Engr. Prof Sunday Babatunde Adeyemo congratulated the new inductees, describing engineering as “a calling to create, solve problems, and improve the quality of human life.” He lauded the Founder, Chief Michael Ade-Ojo, for his vision and philanthropy, which continue to drive institutional excellence.
Guest Lecturer, Prof Sesan Ayodeji of FUTA, urged the graduates to face their professional journey with purpose and creativity. Similarly, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof Dare Adetan, described the induction as a defining moment, charging the graduates to uphold competence, character, and creativity.
