The Federal University of Technology, Babura, has announced essential instructions for newly admitted students ahead of the 1st-semester examination for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The university has mandated that students log in to their student portals to download and print their Examination Cards.
Once printed, students must affix a recent passport photograph to the card.
Following this, they must present the card to their respective Heads of Department (HoD) for an official signature.
Afterwards, the card should be taken to the University Examination Officer for the final signature.
It is important to note that any student without a properly signed Examination Card by the HoD and the Examination Officer will not be permitted to sit for the exams.
This procedure must be completed before the start of the examination period.
