Gbajabiamila Calls for Free Education for Orphans, Vulnerable Children

Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, has beckoned on stakeholders to support the government’s efforts in increasing access to education for Nigerian children. Gbajabiamila stated this during the inauguration of a new building at “Let It Shine Academy, LISA,” located in the Sangotedo area of Lagos State.

LISA is a secondary school that offers free education to orphans and children from low-income communities. Gbajabiamila, who is the grand patron of the institution, emphasised that every Nigerian child deserves a quality education and that no child should be left behind.

He commended the founder of the school, Damilola Feyide, for providing hope to the underserved communities through the academy. “This is a great achievement by Damilola. She has done wonderful work with this academy and is making a positive impact on people’s lives. I am happy to be here and glad to see what she is accomplishing,” The Chief of Staff said.
