The contest, organised by the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) under the supervision of the National Assembly, was designed to deepen young people’s understanding of the legislature’s role in building democracy.
According to a statement by Ibrahim Adam, the Special Adviser on Information to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, the victory qualifies Governor’s College to represent Kano at the North-West zonal stage of the competition.
