The Nigerian Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, Delta State, has released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The announcement follows months of anticipation from candidates who took part in the university’s screening exercise earlier this year. The provisional list has been uploaded to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s Central Admission Processing System (JAMB CAPS).
Successful candidates can confirm their status by logging into the JAMB e-facility portal using their registered details, where they will receive a notification with their admission offer. Those yet to be admitted will see the response: “Sorry, No Admission Has Been Given Yet,” and are advised to check back regularly, as more lists will be released in batches.
Admitted candidates are required to either accept or reject their offers within four weeks by sending an SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the admission.
The university also advised candidates to print their JAMB admission letters for clearance and registration, warning that mobile users may encounter challenges accessing CAPS and recommending the use of desktop browsers instead.
