Muhammadul-Awwal Babatunde, a 27-year-old Nigerian student, has emerged as the best graduating student at Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, earning the ‘Excellent First Class with Highest Honours’ title.
Recounting his success history, Babatunde said, “I completed my primary and junior secondary education at Ahbabul-Deenil-Islami Group of Schools located at Offa-Garage, Ilorin, Kwara State, graduating as the best graduating student in both stages.
“Afterwards, I joined Darul-Kitab Wa Sunnah College, located at Gaa Akanbi Area, Ilorin, Kwara State, starting from JSS 2, and graduated in 2017, also as the best graduating student.”
Speaking further, he mentioned that he was admitted into the Department of Food Science, University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), where he spent two years and a few months before he got a full scholarship to study at Al-Azhar University through Darul-Kitab Wa Sunnah.”
