Real Estate Power Couple Offers Free Quality Education

Dr. Bamidele Onalaja and his wife, Tolulope Onalaja, are leveraging their real estate success to transform lives through education. The couple, founders of RevolutionPlus Property Company, one of Lagos’ leading real estate firms, are committed to providing free, quality education to underprivileged children in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Through their nonprofit, the Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation (CBOF), they established Toldel Nursery and Primary School in July 2019. Located in the Agbede area of Ikorodu, the school delivers tuition-free education to children from low-income families. No student pays school fees, and all textbooks are provided at no cost, funded entirely by the couple through RevolutionPlus and CBOF. Teachers’ salaries are also fully covered by the Onalajas.

Beyond primary education, plans are underway to build a free secondary school for Toldel graduates. The couple also funds scholarships for students who gain admission into universities but lack the financial means to continue their education. CBOF’s broader initiatives include maternal and child health, widow empowerment, community development, and disease prevention. Still, education remains at the heart of their social mission. With their hands-on commitment, Dr. Bamidele and Tolulope Onalaja are demonstrating that business success can be achieved in tandem with a sustainable social impact.
