Sam Obi, the founder of tech company SimplifiedIQ, is sponsoring 500 students through the Project Tutored 2025 programme. This project is being done in partnership with the Evergreen Initiative, a group that works to help young Nigerians access quality education and develop strong leadership skills.
With support from Sam Obi, students in different parts of Nigeria will now receive free lessons and training to help them improve their knowledge and develop valuable skills for the future. His company, SimplifiedIQ, will power the programme with its advanced online tools that help test students fairly—even in areas with poor internet. SimplifiedIQ will also use artificial intelligence to mark essays, create questions, and give instant feedback. This ensures that students are appropriately assessed and guided.
Evergreen’s founder, Alli Bob Cinwon, said the partnership will change the way students learn and improve access to quality education. He added that Evergreen has already helped over 3,500 students in seven states. Obi says good assessments are key to building a better education system for Nigeria’s future.
