Sterling Bank, in collaboration with Goldman Sachs and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), has introduced a free online business training program aimed at empowering 10,000 Nigerian women entrepreneurs.
The initiative, part of the global Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program, is delivered by the University of Leeds. It offers training in comprehensive financial management, marketing, leadership, and business expansion strategies.
2,500 Nigerian women have benefited from this program through Sterling Bank’s OneWoman initiative, which provides tailored financial services and support for female customers.
The programme is designed for female entrepreneurs who own or manage small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria seeking to grow their businesses, increase revenue, or secure funding.
Upon completion, participants will receive a globally recognised certificate and gain access to a network of like-minded women entrepreneurs worldwide.
Applications are currently open, and interested candidates can apply through Sterling Bank’s official platform.
