Federal Government Plans Policy to Stop Scholarship Brain Drain
The Federal Government is working on a new policy to ensure that Nigerian students sponsored abroad return home after completing their studies. Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), Sonny Echono, disclosed this at the first TETFund National Town Hall Meeting in Abuja. He said the plan will include a bond that requires
