Mr. Ousmane Diagana, the Regional Vice President for Western and Central Africa at the World Bank, has commended the Baze University, Abuja, for its commitment to academic excellence.
Describing the university as a positive example of African excellence driven by Africans, he assured it of future partnerships in key sectors. He praised Senator Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, Ph.D, Chancellor and Founder of Baze University, for his vision and investment in education. At Diagana’s visit to the university, Baba-Ahmed asked for a better partnership between the World Bank and sovereign nations to strengthen national development frameworks and promote financial discipline.
