The Africa Educational Management and Leadership Forum (AEF) will host a free virtual summit on October 11 to support teachers in developing the skills necessary to adapt to modern classrooms.
The one-day event, themed “Teaching in a Changing World: Innovation, Well-being and Impact,” will focus on equipping educators with tools to thrive in the 21st century.
Organisers said the discussion will spotlight “the issues that matter most to teachers,” including harnessing innovation, protecting well-being and ensuring measurable impact in schools.
Founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, AEF was established to support teachers who struggled with online learning following widespread school closures.
According to the organisers, the summit will feature leading speakers and practitioners who will provide both “inspiration and practical strategies” for educators across Africa and beyond.
