In a bid to officially launch its Medical Laboratory Science programme, Arthur Jarvis University in Cross River State has held its first-ever Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony for graduating students. The historic event, which was held on March 27, 2025, marked the beginning of the university’s journey in training and producing certified Medical Laboratory Scientists in Nigeria.
As part of the ceremony, a lecture was delivered by Prof. Iya Eze-Bassey, while a special prayer was offered for the graduates in a bid to bless their professional journey. Guests at the event included Prof. M.F. Useh, Prof. Paul Inyangetoh, Mr. Dennis Ekpo, and Dr Asemota Enosakhare. The university congratulated the graduates and urged them to maintain professionalism and ethics in their healthcare work. In a separate update, the ICT team advised that website update links should be sent through WhatsApp to keep management informed and prevent complaints about missed updates.
